Due to the illegal acts of Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his conspirators in seizing control of the government from the democratically elected leaders in direct violation of the constitution, Myanmar citizens have taken to the streets to protest. They have the right to protest according to law. However, the tatmadaw continues to shoot, kill, beat, destroy property, steal, murder, rape, and arrest innocent, peaceful protestors. This is unacceptable, and the citizens of Myanmar have the Right to Protect themselves. To this end the MCDF has been established – to work for the protection of fellow citizens.

We welcome all to join the CDF who are willing to fight back in unconventional ways to bring confusion, disarray, and defeat to the terrorist junta forces. We will work together with the CRPH and Federal Army to bring about peace once again for our fellow citizens, and generations to come.
